BENGAL BYTES / PARTNERSHIP TERMS · UPDATED 15 OCTOBER 2026

Clear expectations.
Better partnerships.

These terms explain the enquiry stage. A campaign only starts after its own scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing.

1. Enquiries are not bookings

The opportunities shown here are invitations to discuss a partnership. Preparing or sending an email does not reserve a placement, create an account, activate a campaign, or form a paid sponsorship agreement. There is no self-serve payment or automatic campaign approval on this website.

2. A written scope comes first

Before a paid partnership begins, the parties must agree on channels, placement availability, creative, duration, pricing, payment terms, usage rights, cancellation or refund terms, and supported reporting. The specific written agreement governs that campaign. Do not make a payment without verified instructions and an agreed scope.

3. Availability and delivery

Published products are not the same as available direct advertising inventory. In-app placements require technical and policy review, and NexBiz is currently listed as ad-free. Physical card quantities, printing, distribution sites, and schedules must be agreed before production. For Facebook sponsorships, artwork, display dates, post quantities, pinning, removal or archiving, disclosures, and supported reporting are agreed before publishing, subject to applicable Meta policies. Profile artwork must retain the Bengal Bytes identity. Paid boosting and Meta Ads spend require a separate scope; account access and ownership are not included. No audience size, follower count, view count, engagement rate, or commercial result is guaranteed by this website.

4. Creative and brand safety

Partners must have the rights to supplied logos, images, copy, and destination content. Promotions must be lawful, accurate, clearly disclosed, and appropriate for the selected product. Bengal Bytes may decline proposals that are deceptive, irrelevant, invasive, or inconsistent with product values, including gambling, adult content, and predatory financial offers.

5. Reporting and privacy

Available aggregate reporting is defined in the proposal. This website does not provide a live campaign dashboard or an advertising SDK. Product users’ private documents, business ledgers, and AI credentials are not offered as targeting data. Public app install counts should not be treated as monthly users or guaranteed ad reach.

6. Website information

We aim to keep this website accurate, but product details and availability may change. Illustrations are placement concepts, not live campaigns or evidence of existing sponsors. Linked external websites have their own terms. Ask the team to confirm any information important to your decision.
